CHOCOLATE ANGEL FOOD MUG CAKE WITH FRESH BERRIES


Hello Lovies!
OK! Y'all are GONNA' LUV THIS RECIPE!
It is LIGHT, EASY, A PERFECT SERVING SIZE
and
A SWEET TASTE OF CHOCOLATE 
topped with your favorite
SUMMER BERRIES!


You will need TWO box cake mixes
One ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX
One MILK CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
(you could use German Chocolate, Fudge Chocolate or Devil's Food)
Also.....grab a pretty and nice size microwaveable mug!


Prepare your favorite SUMMER BERRIES...
we selected strawberries, raspberries and blackberries!


In a storage container or a gallon sized storage bag,
blend both dry cake mixes together.
Blend well until thoroughly combined!


Place 1/3  CUP of cake mix,
along with 3 TABLESPOONS of water in the mug.


1/3 CUP MIX with 3 T. water...
blend well with a fork!
Microwave for 1 minute!


Yes...that's all you need to do!
Now, you have a delightful YUMMY chocolate mug cake!
Top with fresh berries!


I know, I know....
you will love it!

This is the 2nd mug cake I have tried!

Both recipes are delicious! 
Both would be terrific to make with your little ones
or with your precious grandchildren!

  5. I made Pioneer Womans mug cake and you are right, it was very good...must try yours...I have the mixes but fresh out of fruit...so may make one and just top with apricot or cherry preserves and a little bit of whipped creme....O HONEY
