SPICY TEXAS CHILI CON CARNE....A TASTE OF THE LONE STAR STATE

What do you mean, you have never been to Texas?

It's the Stockshow!

We met so many people while living in Maine, who simply adored the Dallas Cowboys,
yet they had never visited the Lone Star state!
Is everything actually bigger in Texas?
Y'all just need to come find out for yourselves!
I promise you will have a great time!

Right now, Fort Worth is hosting the annual Stock Show Rodeo!
We've been going to this huge event for a long, long time....as you can see when the grandbabies...were just that....babies!

You just might fall in love with a handsome cowboy!
They really do say, "Howdy!"

Rough Riders.....

You should see the Longhorns grazing in a field of bluebonnets in the spring.....

Meeting for dinner at Hoffbrau in Fort Worth...
best chicken fried steak ever!
Notice that Aggie Corps license plate?
Whoop!

A visit to the Fort Worth Zoo!
I remember this day so well....
they were too precious!
