THE TWO-INGREDIENT PUMPKIN SPICE MUFFINS....IT'S THE PERFECT SEASON FOR BAKING

Are you in love?
With October..................?

Now, I know you all have seen a recipe
for the "Two-Ingredient" pumpkin muffins, right?
Have you made them yet?
Well, I finally decided to give them a try and thought,
why did I wait so long?
I have seen the recipe using various flavors of cake mix,
so that probably works beautifully.
I chose to use SPICE cake mix thinking what goes more
perfect with pumpkin, than spice?

They are marvelously light and moist.
No eggs, no oil or water....
just one can of pumpkin mixed with a dry cake mix.

Bake in a prepared muffin pan
at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
I chose to make them rather rustic looking.....
just the appearance I prefer!

I frosted them with a
Milk Chocolate and also a Cream Cheese frosting.
I also left some plain.

These are a "must-make" for the fall season.
They are simple to make and delicious!
It may be the perfect sweet treat for the season!

  5. I make these with yellow cake mix and add the spices to suit our taste. I add a few pecans and golden raisins too, if I happen to have any on hand. This is such a quick and easy cake to make.

  7. I was so hoping you would answer my question... Do you think say a chocolate cake mix and a can of cherry pie filling would do the same thing??? Hugs! deb

    1. Hi Deb! I have never tried that so I really don't know how they would turn out! Pie filling is not the same consistency as pumpkin, so I really am unable to give advice on that.....you may try a google search.
