MELTED ICE CREAM CAKE.....WITH CHOCOLATE GLAZE

Keep this recipe!
It's a 1-2-3 Cake that lends itself beautifully
to a variety of combinations!

I always watch In The Kitchen with David
on Sunday's for his cooking show.
The demonstration of a Kitchen Aid Mixer
showed a "Melted Ice Cream Cake!"

Knowing that Ms. Jennyfer had left her
pint of Banana Pudding Ice Cream in the freezer,
I decided to whip up a little sweet treat for the darling...
who doesn't love baking a cake on Sunday afternoon, right?

I chose a Butter Golden Cake Mix which I thought
would compliment the Banana Pudding Ice Cream...oh yes...so right!

You will need
One Cake Mix
One pint of Ice Cream, melted
3 eggs

Just mix together and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes
in a prepared bundt pan.

Perfection!

I chose to add an easy chocolate glaze..
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3 T. butter
1 T. Karo Syrup
1 t. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips, butter and Karo Syrup over low heat
in a small saucepan. Once melted and smooth, add the vanilla!

Wait for it.......

A warm banana cake with a warm chocolate glaze.......

The taste is a light version of banana bread....

How pretty....

The darling gave this two thumbs up!

Hope y'all had a great weekend....we certainly did!
