QUICK MEATBALL PARMIGIANA

This is a very quick, easy to put together Italian dish
that your family will love!

Brown frozen meatballs in a skillet with a touch of olive oil.
Take a small casserole dish
and
spread about 1/4 cup of Marinara sauce in the bottom.
Top with the browned meatballs.
Pour another 1/4 cup Marinara sauce over this.
Spoon Ricotta chese in dollops over all.
Sprinkle with lots of shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Add fresh basil, Italian seasoning and Parmesan Cheese.
Bake @ 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.
