Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cream together butter and sugars for about 2 minutes.

Add peanut butter and stir. Add egg, yolk, and vanilla.
Combine flour, oats, and baking soda. Slowly mix into the wet ingredients.

Scoop onto the cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes

Oatmeal cookies....I used to make them all the time. They were easy , quick, and it didn't take a cupboard of ingredients to make them. My daughters always loved them. Now yours are all three of the top cookies rolled into one. Oatmeal, P.B., and chocolate chip.LOL !! Love that. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
