COUNTRY HAM BISCUITS

"Hi!!
My name is Piper......
and
I LUV biscuits!"

Yes...these are going to be featured at
the Christmas eve buffet!

To clear up any confusion about whether Southerners consider
the word "biscuit" to be both singular and plural,
all I can say is that in our family,
everyone says "Please pass the biscuits!"

COUNTRY HAM BISCUITS
1 stick of butter, room temperature
2 t. Creole mustard
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
16 buttermilk biscuits
Two (8 ounce) slices of country ham, cut into 1 inch pieces
6 ounces of Swiss Cheese, cut into 1 inch pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and sesame seeds
and mix well until blended.
Split the biscuits and spread the mixture on both top and bottom of biscuit.
Heat in the oven until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
Serve hot!
