KRISPIE M&M CHRISTMAS COOKIES

Everyone loves cookies at Christmas time!
No sir....no store bought cookies here!
These cookies are fabulous...
too good not to share!

The Atlanta family made their annual trip
over to a nearby Christmas tree farm!
Luke preferred not to sit on Santa's lap this year....
just reading his wish list would have to suffice!

They were on the hunt for the perfect tree.....

Miss M said the farm was busy, busy
with lots of children and parents bustling around....

This will be Piper's very first Christmas...
she was more excited than anyone
when the tree was going up!
We shall see how she handles the ornaments......
You know how naughty puppies can be
when they find something to chew!

Now loves...
just know these cookies are SO good..
you will find yourself grabbing one every time
you pass through the kitchen!

KRISPIE M&M CHRISTMAS COOKIES
1 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 cups Rice Krispies
1 1/2 cups plain M&M's

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream together the butter and the sugars.
Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
Fold in the flour and mix well.
Gently combine the rice krispies, then the M&M's.
Roll into balls (golf ball size) and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until light golden brown.
