This easy to prepare

  1. This looks very tasty Betsy. You should show us a lot of the articles that used your help in the magazine, I would love to see them. :) I do not watch the Super Bowl...it's an over rated snooze feast to me. But I know people who have to watch it. Hope it's over in time to see our TV show. LOL Blessings to you and yours, xoxo, Susie

    1. Hi Susie....the SLAH was a home goods program sponsored by SL. It was separate than the magazine. Consultants sponsored at home parties that featured beautiful home goods, linens and cookware. They were so much fun to do! They no longer have that program unfortunately! I so understand about the superbowl...no interest this year here either! Have a great week!

My hubby will watch the game but I am only interested if the Packers are playing--otherwise, I don't care. lol

  3. The cheese looks yummy. I loved all of the SLAH things and went to a lot of those parties. They had the best stuff! I have wondered if it was still around. Do you remember the "Bubble Bowl"? I have seen those through the years at thrift stores and anytime I see one, I get it. I have a good collection of them now.

  4. This cheese dish is one of my specialties too! I have made it for so long and take it whenever I need to bring a dish. And so funny? Everyone always raves about it and think I came up with some complicated recipe. I just let them think that too!!!! Lately, i've been adding the pickled cauliflower and peppers to it too.
Driving home from deer camp today after a rambunctious weekend with all the children, I had a "hankering" for chicken wings. Been a long time since I've had any so I stopped at grocery and picked some up. Made asian ginger and honey wings with a concocted dressing to dip them in while we watched the game. It was nice making something just for us because I wanted to instead of the constant cooking I do when all the kids gather. Now, seeing your cheese...maybe that will be my next splurge!!
