BAKED POTATO SOUP

My beautiful friend in Pennsylvania sent me
this photo of their deck a few days ago.
Oh.....I remember this all too well..
months of frozen snow.....there were days we
felt snowed in and could not venture out the back door,
nor the front porch door.
It's even jacket weather
today in Texas.........
You may as well enjoy your beautiful winter wonderland
and
sit down to dinner with a bowl of hot homemade soup!
This one will warm you to your bones!

  6. Love this soup! I make a "vegetarian" version sans the bacon, but the flavors are still delicious. Rainy start to the day, but very spring-like with birds chirping and flowers budding. Have a lovely day, my friend, XOXO
