Here we go......
Another school year begins!
And so very early...summer still has a month to go!
Atlanta is a few weeks ahead of us in Texas
so while the other grandchildren are still shopping for
new outfits and practicing their selected sports...
Luke the Duke was off to his first day of SECOND GRADE!
He was SO excited he could barely fall asleep....
up at at em' early!
The school's mascot was up front and center
to greet everyone on their first day!
Such excitement in the air.......
Making his way to his new classroom....
smiles for everyone!
I love his school...
great friends and great teachers!
HI Mrs. Bennett......
Good luck for a great school year!
Whew....Mom and Dad can breathe a sigh of relief
and
Piper can now enjoy her morning siesta!
It proved to be a successful beginning
to a brand new school year!
A reminder to visit me on Thursday...
good things await!
School begins so early for your sweetie, Betsy. Our grands don't go back until after Labor Day. It's so nice to see the welcoming balloons and mascot greeting the children back to another wonderful year of learning. A great start makes all the difference! ♥
