Good Morning all you lovely people...
how in the world are y'all doing this February morning?
Texas was on alert for our winter storm blast and
it arrived early evening on Wednesday....
oh the anticipation of snow was on our minds.......
Mae loves to be "on patrol" every morning....
fascinated by birds and squirrels......

The darling drove about 40 miles to find
the faucet protectors...we learned to have
these on hand after that horrible winter freeze
we experienced last January.....
Now how perfect is this on an icy day in February?

Also, baked a batch of banana nut muffins in the afternoon.....
And, here we are....GOOD MORNING TEXAS......
I was so grateful for power this morning so we
could enjoy a delicious hot breakfast of bacon, eggs and grits!

and takes care of her big ole' ranch by herself.....

ReplyDeleteThe snow was pretty, wasn't it? Our Tabitha got out this morning while I had the door open to check the mail. She kept looking at her feet when she was walking on the frozen snow! Thankfully, I was dressed and put my boots on and got her in pretty quickly!
