CAPTURING FALL'S VIBRANT COLORS AND LAUGHTER

Hello Loves....
how in the world are y'all doing today?
I would love to share some new fall finds
with you today as we go around the house
and continue to sprinkle bits of fall here and there...
How many Pumpkin Spice items have your picked up already?

First and foremost....I found this adorable little
shabby chic mixing bowl and spatula set which is going
to be marvelous for fall baking days!
Don't you love cooking with beautiful kitchen ware?

I wish you could smell these....
I mixed up a batch of roasted cashews sprinkled with
melted butter, honey and spices....
this reminded me of going into Sears and Roebuck's,
marching right up to the candy counter and buying a
little bag of hot roasted cashews....that is one of my
most treasured childhood memories!

I love filling the glass vases with autumn fillers
such as popcorn kernels and dried beans.
It is simply beautiful and festive for the season!

I found my little scarecrow shelf sitter and he found
his home for the fall....just adorable!

Don't you just love the colors of fall?

My favorite time of day when the candles come on and fill
the rooms with that soft glow.....

Then there is that lovely aroma of pumpkin and clove.....

Oh yes ma'am....stocking up on seasonal goodies...
cannot wait for breakfast now!
Pumpkin Spice Cheerios with fresh sliced banana.....divine!

Beautiful Mae Mobley is dreaming
of sitting in front of the fireplace.......
of course we are a few months away from that!

Over in Atlanta....Miss M has had her hands full....
her husband underwent a very serious surgery a week ago,
so she has been running back and forth tending to home, Luke, Piper,
homework, football and Weebelos....
She has a very sweet and thoughtful friend who dropped by
and left a goodie basket for her.....

Thank goodness they were able to have an evening out prior
to the surgery.....he is taking baby steps in his recovery, so
prayers answered, he will be home soon and on the mend...

Miss Irma, who is Luke's Ohio/Florida Grandma
came over to help keep the home fires burning...
and, they celebrated her birthday with  a big,fun celebration!

Luke spent Labor Day weekend at the lake house
of close friends, which helped tremendously while his
Daddy was in the hospital.

What a glorious weekend of fun they enjoyed.....

Don't you love to see kiddo's having such fun......
enjoy the moments....welcome the fall season....
capture those memories!

  2. Yes, saying a prayer for a speedy recovery for your son-in-law. Friends are such treasures in times like these. Glad that Luke spent the weekend and holiday with friends. So good to have fun and be with other kids.

Your home sure is turning into an autumn wonderland. It is so hot here that we Mainers can hardly breathe. We are not used to this in September! Perhaps this week will be the last of it.
