LEMON-HERB GRILLED CHICKEN

This recipe comes from a professional
caterer in Pensacola who
is well known for her delicious food!
This makes a wonderful weeknight dinner!



LEMON-HERB GRILLED CHICKEN
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 T. honey
1 t. dried rosemary
1/2 t. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 T. Fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4/6 chicken breasts
Fresh lemon wedges


Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well. Place chicken in a gallon zip-lock plastic bag
and pour marinade over the chicken/ Seal bag and marinate for 6-8 hours. Drain and discard most of the marinade. Spread fresh lemon sliced over all and sprinkle with parsley. Bake chicken at 325 degrees F. for 2 hours, covered.

  1. I was just going to say how pleased I am with myself for having a printer handy for recipes! Then it printed out a blank piece of paper! I guess I need ink so I will be back!!!
