ESTELLE'S SWEET TIP~ The baking time may vary in this pie. I had the best success for baking at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Be careful not to overbake or underbake. The top layer should be a firm sponge layer with the bottom being a creamy lemon pudding.
