ORANGE BLOSSOMS

Hey Y'all!
I don't know if you have ever made Orange Blossoms, but it's one of those
little tried and true old-fashioned recipes, that were made famous by
cookbook author, Bea Toms!
They are just a little ole tiny bite of citrus goodness!

I thought these would be a welcome little homemade snack upon the late arrival of the Divine Miss M and Luke! Their flight does not arrive from Atlanta until 10:00 PM, so a little plate of cheese, prosciutto and crackers, with Orange Blossoms should satisfy weary travelers!

Here's what you need....

One box of white cake mix.
Mix according to the package directions.
Bake in mini-muffins tins at 350 degrees F. for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from pan onto a cooling rack.

While the tiny cakes are still warm, dip in a glaze of...

Zest and juice of one medium orange
Zest and juice of one lemon
Powdered Sugar

There you have it....
Orange Blossoms
