YOUR MORNING BREAKFAST....DRESS TO IMPRESS

The daffodil fields at Gibbs Gardens are stunningly beautiful.....the Forsythia will still your heart away....can't you just imagine the birds singing an
April song among this perfection of nature.....
 
 
I love inspiration to serve a quick breakfast with a touch of class....



FRESH FRUIT HONEY YOGURT TARTS
1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 T. honey
1/4 t. cinnamon
fresh fruit of your choice
Confectioners sugar

Mix together the cornflake crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Combine until well blended and press into individual tart pans. Place in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Spoon the yogurt into the tarts and place freshly sliced fruit over each tart. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and you are ready to serve!
