Mix together the cornflake crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Combine until well blended and press into individual tart pans. Place in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Spoon the yogurt into the tarts and place freshly sliced fruit over each tart. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and you are ready to serve!
