THE EASTER MANTEL

At home for spring....
I love the whimsy of Easter decorating!

I decided to carefully bring out Grandmother Estelle's vintage plate
and add it to the mantel.
I have used this plate so often to display
the lamb cake on for Easter dinner.

The butterfly banner was a favorite find
at Target!

Do you love using bird's nests for spring decor?

Another new item is this floral basket
showcasing the vibrant coral poppies!

Spring brings forth a rebirth of mind and spirit.

  3. Hi Betsy,

Your mantel looks wonderful! I absolutely love the butterfly banner! Your grandmother's vintage plate is gorgeous; it looks so elegant and wonderfully old-fashioned. Everything on your mantel just shouts Spring -- love all the bunnies and the moss-covered basket is lovely. To answer your question, yes -- I do like to use bird's nests for decorating. They add such a nice, natural touch to the decor.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend and a Blessed Easter, Betsy. :)

    Warm hugs,
