Oh yes, loves...
it was such an enjoyable day here in Texas!
How special to enjoy some outdoor time!
A 75 degree day.....marvelous!
The Nandina's have finally turned
the most beautiful shades...
they should have been this way in late Autumn
but the weather was just so mild.
I was very motivated in the kitchen today....
I know the Darling will be most appreciative....
A big pot of Mother's spicy chili.....
Homemade Buttermilk Cornbread
his favorite Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake!
We actually have made progress on our puzzle...
once again, the darling proving he is a little better
at problem solving than me......
Mae Mobley LUVS throws....
every single one of them!
Just look at those kitty toes....beyond precious!
Weekends in Atlanta include
the playoffs...
Steelers Won! WooHoo!!!
Miss M is loving gray tones too....love the patterns she has chosen!
A change in color, pattern and accessories can so change
the look and feel of your living space!
I'm gray person too...it's the new black! I actually painted all my walls in different shades of gray; Amazing Gray, Comfort Gray, Intellectual Gray, etc. I call my home, 50 Shades of Gray! Love the Texas Sheet Cake, which is one of my favorites to make also and I made Chili this weekend too. It was that cold! Love you, XOXO

DeleteI am so with you on the shades of gray Susan! If we ever have our dream of owning a beach condo, this is the color I am choosing! I used the recipe from The Pioneer Woman on the sheet cake and it is very, very good! It's been wonderfully warm here in Texas! We have had so little of autumn and now winter....I'm good with that! Hope you are enjoying the new year! Big hugs from Texas!
ReplyDeleteBetsy it is looking so cozy in your home as well as your daughter's. I love gray as well. Our office is painted gray and our kitchen is as well. It looks so nice with any color you add. I'm sitting on the patio as I write because it's 68 degrees and I'm enjoying the fresh air. It's hard to believe how cold it was just a few days ago! Happy puzzle solving! ♥
