THE PUMPKINS HAVE THE BLUES

"Are we still decorating?...
I think we need a tuna break...."

There is only one blue room in our home...
the formal living room.
It's soft and relaxing...
Mother chose shades of blues for her formal living room
and
somehow, I followed in her footsteps.

The fall months just need candlelight, don't you think?
so....
I transformed two Coconut Vanilla candles
into Autumn candles
with a watercolor design of blue pumpkins!

Just a lovely vignette of fall candlelight

The inspiration for blue pumpkins was my
little glass pumpkin I purchased in Kennebunkport.

In addition, each candle jar is a lovely soft shade of blue.
These are actually summer candles from Bath and Body!

It's lovely to have an affair with Autumn......

  2. Your room looks lovely! That glass pumpkin is special. The blue pumpkins are nice in the right settings (like this one) but oh, how I adore color! I'd miss it if the only pumpkins were blue!
