How has the start of your summer been?
Warm weather activities are in full swing over in Atlanta!

The kiddos are doing amazing at their swim competitions!
Remember those carefree days of summer when you were a kid?

Greg and Jenn had a fantastic trip to D.C.

They packed a whole lot of sightseeing into three days!
We cannot wait to see more pictures and hear more about their vacation!

Speaking of summer,
Mother always made this for those hot June days
when we were growing up.
It's just not summer without 
a cool Chocolate Eclair Cake y'all! 

Summer Chocolate Éclairs
1 large Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding

1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons cocoa
7 tablespoons Coca-Cola
1 box powdered sugar

In large rectangular baking dish, place a layer of graham crackers. Prepare French vanilla pudding by directions. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour half of vanilla pudding mix onto crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and pour 1/2 vanilla pudding over graham crackers. Add another layer of crackers and then topping.

In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add vanilla, cocoa, and Coca-Cola. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for approximately 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar. Beat with mixer until smooth. Pour over top layer of graham crackers. Chill for overnight before serving..
