MACARONI SALAD....A PERFECT MEMORIAL DAY CELEBRATION!

America the Beautiful......
FREEDOM...
What Perfect Feels Like
We are so thankful.

I hope we all remember those who sacrificed everything for our freedom.
Celebrate these times of your life!
What a perfect day to celebrate with your family
by attending a baseball game on a beautiful May day.
These are the Atlanta Braves!

Some of us will be gathering with our families to enjoy
this Memorial Day
by
flying our flag proudly
and
firing up the grills
for hamburgers, hot dogs and summer salads!
Estelle's southern macaroni salad is always
on the menu
for summer gatherings!
Simple is best!

Estelle's Macaroni Salad
1 cup mayonnaise (recommend Duke’s)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 (8 oz.) package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
½ cup sliced celery
½ cup chopped green or sweet red pepper
¼ cup chopped onion

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth;
add remaining ingredients tossing to coat well.
Cover and chill for several hours.

Happy Memorial Day Y'all!
