BREAKFAST SUNRISE SANDWICHES

GOOD MORNING

As I was walking into the kitchen for a second cup of coffee,
I was met with this beautiful sunrise!

For those of you that have ever been to Texas, the skyline is vast and wide!
We don't have all that beautiful lush foliage and gorgeous array of trees
that are so often seen in my favorite states of Mississippi, Georgia and Maine,
but we do have an amazing sky view!

Isn't this just serene and beautiful?

This certainly can make you grateful to wake up each morning and start your day!
Perhaps daylight savings time isn't so bad after all......

It made me think, I can't wait to see the sunrise over the beach this summer......

Mmmmmmm......Morning!
Here's an easy way to start your day
with a hearty protein breakfast sandwich!

ESTELLE'S SUNRISE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES
Sandwich buns
American cheese
Fresh Lettuce
Fresh Roma Tomatoes
Eggs
Salt and Pepper

Toast your sandwich bun in a 350 degree F. oven for about 3-4 minutes. In a small saucepan, prepare your egg "over easy." Layer crisp, fresh lettuce, freshly sliced tomatoes, a slice of American cheese and your over easy egg on the toasted bun. Enjoy!

  4. Beautiful morning skies! Did you have bad weather later in the day? Sometimes we see a pretty dawn, but we are tucked so into the holler that we miss most sunsets and when the foliage comes out (no time soon), we'll not see a thing. I love those kinds of breakfast sandwiches.
