PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES....WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?
Hit The Sweet Spot
There is nothing more refreshing that a glass of sweet tea in the summer!
Perhaps, we could have a peanut butter cookie with that tea.....
ESTELLE'S PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
2 sticks butter, Softened to room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter (Jif)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla extract
Mix butter, sugar and
peanut butter together. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and vanilla extract. Sprinkle tops with a tiny bit of sugar.
at 350°F for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overbake!
