  2. These are really pretty napkins and napkin rings. I have cloth napkins, mostly vintage, but hate to use them for fear of not getting any stains out of them. I resort to pretty paper ones though, not just plain white ones, and I always have a napkin at the place setting. Sometimes when I visit someone the don't provide a napkin and it becomes rather awkward. I will use a tissue from my pocket if I need to! :)

  3. Those delicate creams are lovely :) My mom would always allow me to "properly" set the table for dinner guests. She has drawers full of linens and dishes and it was always a treat to get to pick the theme :)

  4. Your napkins are so lovely. My favorite is the bottom one. I am a cloth napkin lover too. I love to collect or make them, and can't resist them when other people set lovely tables with them. Love the post; it is beautiful.

  6. Dear Estelle, I also love those linens and napkins and doilies are so perfect to make everything look more lovely and elegant! I have a little collection myself, but after reading this post and seeing the photos I may be looking a little bit harder on my next antique store :o)
