HEALTHY
SLOW COOKER ITALIAN SOUP
1 pound
boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cubed
1 medium
onion - diced
1 zucchini
- diced
1 red
pepper - seeded and diced
15 oz.
cannellini beans - drained and rinsed
15 oz.
diced tomatoes - low sodium
2 cups
chopped frozen kale
6 cups
chicken broth - low sodium
1
tablespoon dried basil
1
tablespoon dried oregano
½
tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
chili flakes
1 t. black
pepper
Fresh
parsley for garnish
