This soup is made from shredded chicken cannellini beans,
black beans and Rotel. It is chocked full of flavor
using Cumin and Oregano as seasonings!

Oh my friend....how good your soup looks and I think you've just given me idea for a weeknight meal! I never think of soup in this weather but I'm all cooked out for the season. This will be delightful and delicious...

It's a great depiction of how summers around usually are but I've been traveling and it's been a lil bit crazy around here. Just returned from state of WA where the temps were in the 70's and there was NO humidity....wha??????! I stepped off the plane yesterday right back into the 100's and was hardly able to catch a breath. Oh Fall........where are you?????? Don't forget about us here in the deep south where we haven't seen rain or a cool day in forever!!!!!!!!!!!!
