OUR EASTER TABLE

Hello Loves!
Welcome to Estelle's!
I would love to share our dining room
all set for Easter Sunday.
Many pieces used this year are
beloved heirlooms from my family.

This beautiful oil and vinegar cruet set
belonged to my mother and daddy.
It was original to a Mississippi plantation
located in the Delta.

I decided that this year
our table setting would be a bit vintage
gathering inspiration from my collection
of pink depression glass pieces.
As always, a remembrance of my mother, Helen.

I gathered up all the white bunnies I have
in my collection.

Pink Carnations...just so sweet

I think small floral arrangements add such interest to the table.

The fine china belonged to Grandmother Estelle.
This was used at my bridal luncheon at the request
of Grandmother.

She wanted her china used for both of her granddaughters
for their wedding celebrations.

I love the etchings on depression glass..
so delicate and so very pretty.

Jelly Beans on parade.......

My favorite egg plate....
a treasured find while living in Dothan

Even the Easter eggs show a bit of elegance this year.

I used Grandmother's vintage linen napkins,
along with her fine china.

Just when I had decided NOT to purchase anymore
"bunny plates," I fell in love with this sweet pattern.

I mean one can never have too many bunny plates right?

From our family to yours....
we wish you a very blessed and happy Easter Day, 2017.

  8. Hi Betsy, What a BEAUTIFUL Easter table you have set!! The white bunnies are precious and the antique cruet set is GORGEOUS! Your table runner is very similar to one I have; is yours a Ralph Lauren by any chance? It's so pretty and so are the vintage napkins and your mother's depression glass pieces. But -- I am swooning over your Grandmother Estelle's fine china, Betsy. I just love it!!! Contemporary china is okay, but those antique and vintage patterns are hard to beat for sheer beauty and elegance.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful table with us and I hope you have a wonderful Easter with family. :)

    Hugs,

    Denise at Forest Manor

    1. Hi Pam. Welcome to Estelle's. The pattern is Paul Muller Selb Bavaria.
The green trade mark ranged from the period of 1890 -1917 and was also used again sometime in the 1920s. Have a lovely Easter Sunday.
