NEW BEGINNINGS AND HOME FAVORITES

Finally...
The old Ford F150 was traded in for a brand new car!
For fourteen years, that old truck had been to three years of high school,
then back and forth to Texas A&M, then all the way to Dallas,
and finally down to Austin!
It served him well.
But now it was time for a change!
So proud of his new car!

If there is one thing Rob and the darling and I love to do
is to see a good movie!
We caught this "deliciously Texas flick" at a Sunday matinee!
I highly advise this movie!
Rob is our movie critic, so we rely on him heavily
to always rate movies...this is a definite two thumbs up!

Of all of my dinners....he
requests my Tuna casserole!

Along with homemade blueberry muffins.....

The coming of Autumn must be near....
a new pillow can make all the difference!

What are your plans for the week?
Today is the first day of school in Texas....
here come the school buses!

    1. Hi Terra! I have lately had an obsession for owls in fall where I never did before? So cute! Are you looking forward to fall? Have a lovely week!

  2. I'd say your son got good service from his old vehicle, Betsy. A nice new ride must feel great for him. Today our humidity has retreated and we're enjoying a nice afternoon on the patio. Yes, Autumn must be close. Oh and I adore the owl pillow. You have the most beautiful pieces, Betsy and the best taste! ♥

  3. Nice car!

We are having nice weather today, so I have windows and doors open! I think the humidity will be low this week so we'll see how it turns out.

I like your pillow - it does make me think of fall!

  4. Can't beat a Ford F 150! John loved his the old beat up things. Glad that your son has himself a new vehicle...may it be dependable and comfortable.

Now that tuna casserole does look good. It must have its charms.
