PORK AND APPLE CIDER SLIDERS....MINI BITES OF GOODNESS

No matter how busy our lives become,
we love it when everyone shows up for a weekend cookout!
The next time you are at the grocery,
stop by the florals and treat yourself
to some vibrant colorful shades of summer flowers!
Put some beer on ice
and
enjoy the day poolside
while the crockpot does all the work!
These pork sliders are favorites at our house!
Make memories y'all!

Pulled Pork and Apple Cider Sliders
1 boneless pork shoulder roast (3 to 4 pounds)
Salt and ground black pepper,
2 teaspoons paprika,
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard,
1/4 cup packed brown sugar,
3 cloves garlic, minced,
1 cup apple cider or apple juice,
1 package slider or mini sandwich buns (12 mini buns)

Season pork with salt, black pepper, and paprika (or use a BBQ Pork Rub and be sure to brown the pork). Stir mustard, brown sugar, garlic, and cider in pot. Add pork and turn to coat.
Set to SLOW COOK HIGH for 5 to 6 hours. Cover and cook until pork is fork-tender.
Using two forks, shred pork in pot. Spread additional mustard on buns, if desired. Divide pork mixture among buns.

    1. Hi Latane...slider buns are in most all groceries..either in the bread isle or in the bakery! You could also use Hawaiian rolls!
