THE SUMMER PORCH IN ATLANTA

I know! I know!
Don't you LOVE IT?
This is the new seating area on the
side porch over at
The Divine Miss M's!

Apparently this is the favorite
spot for Piper to sit
and watch the golfer's ride by...
"Hey Y'all....
my name is Piper Rose!"

The accent pillows she chose
certainly have the WOW factor!
This is going to look great for all four seasons!

Her succulent garden...
have you planted succulents yet?
I am totally in love with them!

The next part of this project is to add
a covered pergola over the porch
so that you can stay nice and dry when it's raining.
I cannot even imagine that Jay just envisions
these plans in his mind and then can
build his own ideas. Amazing!!!!
It is "house beautiful  worthy!"
What's going on at your house this week?

  2. I love the colors that Miss M chose for her comfy chairs along with those gorgeous pillows. A pergola will be wonderful as well to enjoy those humid days in Atlanta. Piper Rose is getting so big. I enjoy seeing how regal and well behaved she is! ♥

  5. Those chairs look so comfy!!! Louis Dean is attached to the two old ones we have in our gazebo - that we bought $50 worth of spray paint and used two of the cans to paint these old chairs! They are at LEAST 25 years old!!
I have never understood the purpose of a pergola if it's not covered! Their sitting area looks so inviting!!

  7. What a charming side porch. This is such a pretty green color, and the pillows are bright and cheerful. We have a small space in our back yard, and I'd love it to look like this!
