SEASONAL INSPIRATION AT ESTELLE'S

January can be a rather dull month.
Winter is in full blast....if you live in the Northeast,
it's a time for hibernating.
Will you ever see the sun again?
Texas is usually a dull brown....more like the fall season looks elsewhere.
I needed some reminders about what is coming
in the months ahead and how I can make it the best
time for the ones I love!
So, I looked back at 2017 to see what I accomplished
and to remind myself of all the beautiful days we enjoyed.

Springtime

Easter

Summer

Halloween

The Harvest and Thanksgiving

Christmas and ringing in the New Year

We celebrated the special occasions

We served up delicious foods.......

I felt so joyful after taking a look back.
I'll bet you would enjoy looking back at your special moments also!

  2. It was so fun to look back over the past year with you. Great celebrations, décor and food. Love your flowers too. It's not that much longer till spring. Here in Indiana they say it could snow till after all the basketball games, usually. LOL. Still trying to catch up with many chores here. Gosh I get slower every year. :) Blessings to you and yours, xoxo, Susie

  5. I loved your post today. It inspired me to have a look at our family's 2017 and the wonderful events we celebrated and to be thankful for those times. I need to take more pictures.lol. January is a very hard month for me but this year it has gone by quite quickly although our weather has been horrendous, goes from -39 to warming up to a balmy -5 and more snow then back to the deep freeze. The snow I can live with but we have weeks on end of that bitter cold which really makes me not wanting to go outside. All that to say, I do go out and brave the cold knowing that I will be back in warmth soon and that spring is coming. Have a lovely week.

I remember feeling that way in Maine with those very cold long winters...never did get used to that! But, you can rest assured you will see spring....blessings for a good day!
