HUNGARIAN NOODLES.....THE PERFECT HOLIDAY SIDE DISH TO ROASTED PORK LOIN

Menus for Merrymaking
Gather family and friends for a traditional feast this Christmas.
They'll come back for seconds of favorites!
It always helps the cook to streamline the holiday celebration
with four simply, but sensational recipes!
This is a perfect holiday dinner!

 
Roasted Pork Loin with Yukon gold smashed potatoes.....a menu to fit any festive occasion!
 I would add some roasted veggies of your choice and a Company Coconut Cake!
 
 Hungarian Noodles
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup boiling water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 T. worcestershire sauce
2 T.  poppy seeds
1/5 t. garlic powder
1/5 t. hot pepper sauce
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups sour cream
16 oz. package of egg  noodles (cooked and drained)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
paprika


 In a large bowl, dissolve bouillon in water. Add the next six ingredients; mix well. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles and mix well.

Pour into a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through.
