When nice weather comes our way,
we try our best to take lunch and dinner outdoors.
I always try to have something homemade in the kitchen,
so when the lawn has been mowed or we come in
from watering the plants, we can grab some
lemonade or iced tea, along with a homebaked
treat to take a short respite!
Y'all have got to try this chocolate banana bread!
I have made this for years and the recipe
comes from one of my old Bell's Best cookbooks!
It will definitely blow your skirt up!!!!

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 medium ripe bananas
1/4 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semi -sweet chocolate chips
8 oz. of chopped pecans
