STYLING A GALVANIZED TRAY

I have been searching for a galvanized tray for awhile now.
I have seen them priced anywhere from $25.00 to over $50.00,
which I was not going to pay.
Lo and behold, I found a darling one from Better Homes and Gardens
for $7.00.
Perfect! I also wanted one with handles, which it has.
So, I browsed through WalMart until I found some little
items to design a springtime vignette!

I love this!
I found these beautiful faux pansies in vibrant spring colors!
I bought three bunches to make this arrangement.
I also purchased this beautiful embossed ivory planter!

I was looking for just three items to style this tray,
so the next item I fell in love with was this sweet
little cactus mug....
how charming....love the color of green and it was perfect
to go along with my garden theme.

The final item I selected was this beautiful mercury glass
solar lantern, which glows in the evening with magical fairly lights
from within!

This is going to be used for the holidays too......

This little tray just added a beautiful corner of color
in our kitchen window!

It's rather fun to see what you can design on your own.....
at very inexpensive prices.

We love it.......happy springtime y'all!

  1. That was a bargain and it looks beautiful with your flowers and things. I think you will be surprised how often you will use that tray. I do love how your white pot of flowers look next to the mercury glass. The napkins pick up the colors of the flowers and mug. Sweet. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
