t. baking soda

teaspoon salt

cup sour cream

T. butter, melted

t. vanilla extract
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips and ½ cup milk chocolate chips
In
a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Combine the egg, sour cream, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just
until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full. I sprinkled the tops with a little sugar before baking........
Bake at 350° F. for 18-20 minutes.
I love a good muffin and these sound wonderful. What a simple recipe, too!

ReplyDeleteWe are in our camper down on the ranch and I have all the ingredients except chocolate chips! Mart is a very small tiwn just 7 miles away and has a wonderful Dollar store. I will get some CC there tomorrow! There's also a local winery not far from here and that's where we will be tomorrow night for some wine tasting and listen to some piano music. These muffins will be perfect to take with us.......
