Now listen...
"Don't y'all ever throw away a single cookbook from my collection!!"
I wish I had a nickel for every time I have said that to my children!
My favorite cookbooks are always the ones from
the Junior Leagues of various states...mostly in the southern states!
"Stop and Smell the Rosemary" was
a collection of prize winning recipes
from The Junior League of Houston!
What a beautiful book....the recipes are to die for...
the photos are so beautiful and there are stories to read as well.
These are a few of my all time favorites.....it's the way I cook and the way we eat!
This dessert will make you a star........
Beautifully written....even if you don't collect cookbooks,
this would be a lovely addition to your library!
I have made this dip for years....
everyone luvs, luvs, luvs this hot and creamy dip!
I make it for family gatherings, holidays, barbecues
and sometimes for cocktail hours!
It would be a fabulous addition to your party!!

Let us have a moment of silence.....time for Kitty Kisses...
oh how I love this girl!
Y'all have a great 4th!
I love recipe books like that, too, Betsey. You can find the best things to cook between the covers, all taste tested by women just like us. We can't lose that way, can we?
