SUMMER CELEBRATION..POOL TIME AND THIS MAY BE A NEW FAVORITE DINNER

 SUMMER.....the season brings to mind images of porch sittin',
the soft whirl of the fan, the smell of freshly mown grass,
layered with the sights of hydrangeas blooming...

Summer is the time we love to live outdoors, we tend to our gardens
and float in the pool..we host barbeques and sip on fresh lemonade....

We enjoy going barefoot in the grass
as it
tends to warn our skin and nurture our souls...

This was an evening we dined on a delicious cajun seasoned
chicken along with fresh grilled pineapple, jalapenos and purple onion...

Hot corn tortilla shells on the side....

Homemade Pita Chips
to dip in spicy, tangy salsa and creamy guacamole...

Fresh corn on the cob too....

Don't forget the mexican blend cheese

And to finish the meal, a lovely Key Lime Pie....
These are foods that not only delight the sense of taste
but also smells incredible.....
Summer is our fun season, don't you think.....
