Good Morning Kindred Spirits...

all things family and creating a beautiful and peaceful way of living....
These are a few delicious foods that were prepared this week....

A calming cocktail hour

A warm and hearty good morning breakfast...

Spiced tea in the afternoon.....

Homemade blueberry biscuits.....

A scrumptious cherry pie....

And our favorite Taco Salad...

  2. Love your restrained humor. We are freezing here in Chicagoland...and only have had dustings. So, we smile that it is better YOU than US...ha. Here snowshoveling is usually and OLYMPIC sport. Sandi

  3. Oh Yes, I heard some are getting snow in Texas. We are expected another snow in February. First, I love that vase with the roses, sooooo pretty. And your food looks amazing. I was just talking with my son about my favorite, blueberry pie. But I told him I also love cherry. Your cherry pie looks scrumptious, Betsy. And the spiced tea in the afternoon is perfect for a cold winter day. Miss Lucille looks so snug laying there on the carpet with the sun coming through. And I love this charming photo at the end.

Have a restful weekend, and enjoy the rest of January days.
