Summer months can be quite busy
especially when families are enjoying
outdoor activities such as swimming, sports,
camps and vacations.
These delightful little lemon bars
are fantastic to pack along for travel
days or a light lunch by the pool.

1 box angel food cake mix
1 (22-ounce) can lemon pie filling
Powdered sugar
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F, and spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together the angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling.Once fully mixed, add to the prepared pan, and bake for about 35 minutes, until fully cooked and the top is lightly browned. Let the cake cool, cut it into bars, and sprinkle with powdered sugar
I usually don't do mixes, but I love Lemon Bars and this does sound easy with my hectic schedule. On my grocery list! Happy Summer dear friend, XOXO
