Breakfast!
Sometimes, we like to keep things simple.
Let the aroma of warm cinnamon bring them to the dining table!
I know we all love the little tube of crescent rolls...
it's so easy to make them into something wonderful.
When the clock strikes 7 AM and they rush
out the door to swim practice,
these little yummies will be perfect to start the day.
One tube of crescent rolls
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 t. cinnamon
Blend together sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle on each crescent.
Roll up each crescent and place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375 degree F. oven for 10-12 minutes.
Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 t. milk or cream
Blend until smooth and drizzle over hot crescents!
Quick breakfasts are great when the kids want to get outdoors! I love seeing kids having fun with their activities, XOXO

ReplyDeleteProbably we are the only ones, but..... We found that those ready-to-bake rolls, tasted rather weird. Like too salty, or some sort of an off taste.
But so many people use them. Must be we are in a minority.
Just one of those individual experiences.
