GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

1/2 cups finely ground graham crackers crumbs
1/3
cup white sugar
6
T. melted butter
½ t. cinnamon
Mix
graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until well blended.
Divide evenly and press crumbs into each muffin wrapper. |
One Jar of Marshmallow Cream

DEVIL’S
FOOD CUPCAKES
½
cup butter
3
(1 ounce) squares of unsweetened chocolate
2
cups sugar
2
eggs
1
cup water
2
¼ cup flour
1
½ t. baking soda
¼
t. salt
¼
cup milk
1
t. white vinegar
Cream
together the sugar and eggs until light in color. Add the cooled chocolate
mixture to the eggs and beat well. Add 1 cup boiling water and blend.
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add these dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and blend well. Mix the vinegar and milk into the chocolate batter.
Ladle ½ cake batter into each muffin wrapper. Place 1 t. of marshmallow cream into the center of each cupcake. Then top with the remaining cake batter making sure the tops are covered. Bake 20 minutes. When cool, top with whipped topping
