What a lovely post and Irish blessing! There's another thing we have in common...our love for toile. I have 29 yards waiting to be made into drapery panels for our new home. I think it's the history behind the fabric that I find so appealing. Happy weekend, dear friend, XOXO
Oh my Susan, those drapes are going to be so lovely.I hung toile drapery in our formal dining room at the Maine House, and brought them with us. I plan to use them as table runners now since they do not really fit this style of home and we have plantation shutters. I adore anything toile in any color. What color did you choose for your drapery fabric! I know they are going to look smashing! So excited for you!!!
Beth, you are too kind. Yes, it was all for you. Winter is coming to Texas tomorrow...today is like a summer day.....so I am not going to mention the anticipation of sleet......darn it!
Hello, What a lovely poem to share on the 1st day of March! This month has come in like a lion! One thing that does bring cheer and encouragement is beauty and friendships.I am so thankful for a roof over my head and walls to keep out the winds! Have a wonderful weekend! Blessings! Roxy
