One Angel Food Cake Mix
1 (20 ounce) can of undrained crushed pineapple.
Mix both ingredients together.
I used a bundt pan or you could use a muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or
until cake springs back to the touch,
A dollop of whipped cream makes it complete!
Mae Mobley wanted to tell you
how much she loves warm sheets from the dryer!
Y'all have a great weekend!
I think my mother would have loved this cake. She was crazy for pineapple upside down cakes. This would not be as fattening. :) I loved seeing Mae's ears sticking up over the sheets. So cute. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteWho does not enjoy warm sheets right Susie? Have a lovely day!
DeletePineapple cake... How delicious this looks, Betsy! Mae is such a smart kitty. She know how to stay warm --so cute. Have a nice weekend. ♥
ReplyDeleteI hope you try this sometime Martha Ellen! Lovely with coffee or tea in the afternoon! Hugs for visiting today!
DeleteHi Betsy,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this great-looking recipe with us!! The cake looks so pretty! I saw this on one of my friend's Facebook page about a year ago, and she, too, said it was delicious. I'm going to have to try this. :)
Thanks for your visit today and I hope you have a lovely weekend!!

You are just like me Denise...I saw this too and when my sweet reader told me about her recipe, I decided to make it. So glad I did...light and yummy! Hugs from Texas!
DeleteWait a minute! Do you make the cake mix the regular way and then add the pineapple or just dump the pineapple into the mix all by itself. Please 'splain, Lucy! (gotta be old to get that)....lol xo Diana
ReplyDeleteDiana...you simply mix the dry angel food cake mix and the undrained crushed pineapple together. It's that simple and amazingly good! I know you can do it! LOL..hugs!!!
DeleteTwo ingredients? Even I can make this one! I'll have no problem devouring eating it too. Enjoy your weekend, Betsy!
ReplyDeleteKatie...I hope you make this for your "Mister"....don't tell him your secret! Big hugs!
DeleteI love pineapple, and need to give this a try. Sheila
