I started decorating for fall
way back during the last days of August.
Rob was home from Austin and
we were watching a great movie when I made
this banner. He helped me hang it on the mantel
and it just brought back a beautiful memory!
Now here we are in October and I am
wondering where in the world September went....
This was my first idea for décor
before the first pumpkin appeared...
I believe we ALL love to decorate our mantels
for the fall season.
Do you love banners as much as I do?
Today I decided to make my own autumn banner
which will be displayed from September all the way
through the Thanksgiving holidays!
My ever faithful DIY companion is always willing
to lend her "paw!"
Have you priced holiday banners lately?
Some are rather expensive.......
That's why it can be so rewarding to just create your own,
That's why it can be so rewarding to just create your own,
don't you think?
Picture autumn's best view on your mantel.
To me, this reminds us to be thankful
for the fall season....thankful for the blessings.....
We simply cannot wait to welcome the
Harvest Season!

Your new banner is so sweet. Love the colors you chose. Very nice of the cat to help you. :):) Love that cat. Cats love paper bags and boxes, they are fun to watch. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
