Good Morning everyone!
This is our Texas morning October sunrise!
What's on your dinner menu this week?
We loved this recipe and hope you will too!
ITALIAN CHICKEN MEATBALLS WITH MOZZARELLA
1
pound ground chicken
2
T. Italian seasoning
1
t. coarse ground black pepper
¾
t. salt
½
t. cayenne pepper
½
tsp red pepper flakes
4
cloves garlic, grated
1
cup Italian bread crumbs
⅓ cup Parmesan
cheese
½
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1
egg, lightly beaten
2
T. olive oil
Marinara
Sauce
Combine
all of the ingredients except the marinara sauce in a large bowl. Shape gently,
but firmly into meatballs and sauté in olive oil until browned and heated
through, for about 15-25 minutes, over medium to low heat. Keep covered until
ready to serve. Serve over pasta and top
with a good Marinara sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
Yummy! You are the best cook and all in your household are certainly blessed! Thanks for popping in to see me.
