Are you beginning to
look forward to
Halloween?
Every year, I like to change
the look of the tablescape!
I am keeping it at a minimum this year,
but how fun to create a setting that is festive!
We have marvelous memories of our
Halloweens growing up in Jackson!
The night was magical!
My goodness,
when I count the number of years that we have been
Trick or Treating with the children and now the grandchildren,
it adds up to over 40 years!
We love making the night memorable
by serving up great food and hot cider!

The cutest little Trick or Treaters
we ever experienced
were the Maine kiddos!
Totally adorable...
the entire village was aglow with
Jack O' Lanterns!
Hmmmm......
I think I'm in the mood
for
Cinnamon Apple Crescents.....
Y'all have fun decorating for
All Hallows Eve...
I know I am!

ReplyDeleteHi Susie! I am ever so glad you stopped by today! Hope you are enjoying a wonderful fall season!
DeleteGreat looking Halloween decorations. I think the best part of the night is the excitement generated by the kids...that candy-crazy trek through the neighborhood all dressed in their finest.
ReplyDeleteOne of the best Halloweens I ever saw was in Galena, IL. It was MAGICAL...the whole town alive and all the side streets with houses lit and decorated. xo Diana

DeleteI love your Joy, in this holiday. (To which I refer to, by its Old Name of Samhain) It is rather rare, I think. :-) So many people are simply afraid of it. -sigh-
