BLUEBERRY CROISSANT BREAD PUDDING
5 croissants
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 9-inch square baking dish, place croissants in the dish.
Sprinkle with the fresh blueberries.
Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs
and vanilla until well blended. Gradually add the milk, beating well at low to
medium speed of a hand mixer.
Pour this liquid yumminess over the
croissants and berries. Allow to soak for about 15-20 minutes.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 35
minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.

ReplyDeleteI am not sure about that jmac. It does not make a sauce like other bread puddings. I would think, since it's a breeze to throw together, it's going to best baked right after preparation, It's delish!!!
