SOUTHERN EGG SALAD

We didn't know we were making memories, we were just having fun!
No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem!
 
 

On The Menu Today.....




They're here! The triple digit days of July! So, no need to ring the door bell. We're spending our days poolside and keeping the kitchen cool and cooking at a minimum. I have often been asked, "What makes your egg salad SO GOOD?" I mean, it could not be more simplistic, but for some reason, this is a highly demanded recipe! They usually request a second sandwich! Well......here's the recipe!



 

SOUTHERN EGG SALAD BY ESTELLE'S
4 hard-boiled eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 celery stalk, diced
1/8-1/4 cup Miracle Whip

Boil and peel the eggs. Dice finely. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the drained pickle relish, the diced celery and then the Miracle Whip to combine the ingredients. That's the secret.....I use Miracle Whip rather than mayonnaise.......It's fast and it's fresh.......Ya'll enjoy!
