ESTELLE'S ANTIPASTI SALAD
1 package of refrigerated
cheese filled tortellini - prepared
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 bag of Italian style bag
salad mix
1 lb. prosciutto and
peppered salami slices, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 lb. marinated mozzarella
balls in the deli
1 jar 14 oz. Artichoke
hearts cut into 1/4" pieces
1 bag of Texas Toast
seasoned croutons
Balsamic Vinaigrette
